Not happy with the receptionist
I was very much disappointed with the receptionist at the hotel, firstly she was NOT welcoming at all and looked at us as if we went suppose to be there and did not even inform us on our stay. She even looked more suprised when we were about to check out. To present a visitor with a book to sign and hand a key without saying a word is not what we expected.
