Clean and good
Was a bit concerned when I saw area at night. But pleasantly surprised as place was clean, staff professional and place seemed fairly safe.
However, as with all guest accomodation incl. big hotels, some could be done.

Friendly staff but I would like to suggest that guests should be told what to expect, where to find things and the time for serving breakfast. We never had breakfast, no one told us anything. We were given the key and then shown to our room, that was all.

We had a warm and hearty welcome from the manager. Very friendly lady. Our rooms were clean and tidy. Unfortunately the TV was very misty and foggy and we could not watch any TV. And one other disturbing fact is that there were construction workers that stayed there for some time that were very noisy and disturbing. Drinking and very loud!

A very disappointing experience
After booking through Safarinow.com and paying our deposit we arrived at VnA Guesthouse on Friday at about 18:00. The receptionist had no record of our booking. After paying the balance we went to our room: the toilet had been used and not flushed, there was no toilet paper and no soap. I managed to get some toilet paper but they had run out of soap! My son had no upper sheet on his bed and two of the duvets were torn. The towels had stains on them and the sheets did not have that crisp feel of being cleaned and pressed. DSTV had only one channel on a very small TV tucked away on the side of the room. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
Establishment's response
Immediately I sent a letter of apology and promised an investigation. I could not establish whether the toilet was not flushed. As regards the flat sheet that was missing on one bed, the staff were very confident that the sheet was there but placed flat on the bed and the teenager slept on top of the flat sheet and beneath the flat was the fitted sheet also. The flat sheet end was not wrapped over the duvet, and was mistakenly viewed as missing. The sheets was not ironed and therefore may have not looked as crisp to the customer. We pride ourselves in providing clean, fresh beddings and towels. Since this incident, every sheet is ironed before fitted onto the bed.The new duvet covers were washed on that day and due to the cold weather was not dry in time. in giving this feedback, we take cognisance of the inconveniences and do apologise and would do everything to provide a much more rewarding, refreshing and comfortable stay for the future. Customer feed is very valuable and vital for improvement and growth. I view a customers intent as highly questionable by using the right to post experiences on the website while on checkout not say a word.

A wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay, friendly reception and clean accommodation. Our concern is that we never knew that the money we paid excluded breakfast. The swimming pool was not clean, the place is hot and requires one to cool off. Otherwise the place is wonderful.
