Thanks to the host as they came to pick us up at Zeerust town just so we don't struggle following directions in an unfamiliar town. The place is nice but security could be improved. The gates are unlocked all night, which makes overnight parking uncomfortable. The sliding door into the house should also be locked or access controlled somehow. The family room was very spacious but the second room window couldn't shut properly letting cold air in all night. We had to move the mattress n share the one room. The bathroom toilet paper could be improved as well. Overall convenient for a night stay passing through town.

Three star
The rating should be three star and not because it has poor or bad service, but based on what they offered and comparitive to establishments nationally.
The personnel that was on duty was friendly and helpful, no complaints.
However, our room was not "tidied" on day two as the bed was not remade etc. This could be due to insufficient training and prioritisation.
I would also recommend that they ask guests to indicate whether they would like a ground-floor unit as the steps are quite hectic if you are older or have a leg/knee condition.
