Hospitality at its finest.
We spent two lovely, comfortable evenings at Top Spot, surrounded by peace and quiet, and well situated to enjoy the Midlands Meander. The unit was very well appointed with all the usual amenities; comfy bed, clean, well equipped bathroom & kitchen, plenty space to unpack in roomy cupboards...but what made it extra special was the thoughtful attention to detail... Warm winter sheets & under floor heating, fresh daily farm milk for tea/coffee, full dstv, playing cards for a fun evening of canasta and plenty of firewood for a roaring fire.

Top spot really is the "Top Spot"
We stayed overnight in the two cottages while attending a Midlands wedding.  This really is the "Top Spot" with hosts like Rose and Des, the spectacular views, the total luxury in each chalet, with the under-floor heating and as-warm-as-toast bedding.  It's just a pity we were not there longer, but certainly hope to visit this little piece of heaven again soon.  Thank you Rose & Des.  It's not too far from the freeway, however we heard no traffic noise at all and just so peaceful.

Lovely place to relax
Although we only had a short stay to attend a wedding at Cranford Country Lodge, we were so impressed with the beautiful cottages at Top Spot.  We will definately be back for a longer stay.

Awesome getaway
Top Spot will see us again in the future. A wonderful  getaway from the city life. Fresh farm milk, warm hosts, clean, comfy, spacious accommodation with everything you need available. Perfectly  situated on top of a hill... overlooking the rolling greens of the Midlands.
Close enoug to some wonderful meander spots and coffer shops.... which makes exploring easy. This place is a win.
