Too much noise to be able to relax and sleep
I did not want to give a comment and rate our stay, but we feel that it is only fair that future costumers are informed. I took my wife to Thyme Guest House for a 5 day stay, paid for in full, but we left after 4 days due to the fact that the guest house does not allow one to sleep in. The answer we got from the manager, upon formally lodging a complaint, was that it is a working spa and hair salon and therefor we as guests must accept the fact that there will be a lot of noise as they prepare the guest house every morning for that days spa clients.
We were very disappointed as we specifically booked into a Spa guest house, because we needed the rest and yet this is not possible at thyme guest house. If we were told this up front, then we would never have paid to be deprived of sleep.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at the guesthouse. Great service, pretty house and Cynthia is a great host, very friendly and has a warm heart.
