Enjoyable place to stay

Not enjoyable at all
It was not enjoyable at all. The host treated us like dirt. The place was clean, no towels, not enough cutlery no toaster , the yard was dirty, building material laying around, at check in time and we only came 4 hours later, the place was not ready. Will never stay there again.

At the Crescent everyone is a star from guests to staff. We are sorry to hear of this experience despite hugely discounting the guest and overlooking damages. Our pics display our various hospitality options and condition of the units. Towels are available for BnB guests but self-catering guests are made aware that towels are not included but can be hired in some cases depending on availability during busy times. Extra guests beyond the capacity of the unit is discouraged as the units are equipped for the stipulated optimal number of guests. Any extra guest requirements should be discussed, arranged and approved with us before arrival to avoid discomfort. Damages caused by guests also is usually addressed before damages deposit is refunded - please try to leave the property as found on arrival to assist upholding the quality of the facility for all our guests.
