( Bachelors Party) I feel that not enough was done by management to accommodate us for inconvenience that the group of guys caused us I feel that the management could have foreseen this and could have done more stopped it before it got out of hand. Please can you look at a better way to deal with situations like this.
The linen and tent was great, but that was all. The ablution facilities are VERY run down, old and in no condition to host guests. Open rusted pipes, the entrance to the ladies bathrooms is an open space with large washing basins, AND INSIDE the shower curtains old and don't match, and the bath is dirty. Spider webs on the sides of the walls and doors of the toilet booths. Toilets do not flush properly, one without a door and all dirty and stained. We have stayed in places with old facilities before, but they all were clean and well maintained despite its age. Therefore we would not mind the age. BUT Here, not so much....
Start at the beginning, a luxury tent is nothing if I can't close the door or flush the toilet I am visiting.
Oh yes, and Safarinow please make sure the T's and C's of the establishment is on your site too. They don't have card facilities, and you can't pay at the shop when you arrive, as per the sign at the gate. Because there is no shop....you are directed to the filling station 2 km down the road to draw cash for the balance, or to buy your requirements.
We will not be back and NOT recommend this place to anyone unless it is upgraded. it has lots of potential, and the view in the morning when you wake is stunning, but those bathrooms!!
LASTLY, the 1 star is not my grading. the system does not allow for no stars. Sorry guys, but heavily disappointing! I slept in luxury and well, but I could do that at home too.
