Sunward Park
As a four star it falls far short. Had to wait 10 minutes before we were attended to. We didn't get what we booked for. No bathroom en suite as expected. The room wasn't ready at 3pm when checking in is from 2pm. At 10.30pm when we returned from an evening out there were no towels available and only one gown was provided. This eventually arrived. The following morning there was no hot water to bath or shower in. The breakfast was average. I've had better breakfasts at a 3 star venue.
