We were transferred to Sterboom for better access to the town as we had booked for an evening of Stargazing. The cottage was perfect in every way - neat, clean and very comfortable with every item needed for the self caterer on hand. Quiet and cosy. The owners are considerate and available in a most friendly way but allow one to enjoy the peace and tranquility without any intrusion.

Not what we expected
Sterboom was not what we expected.
There were no towels, the fridge didn't work and there were no comfortable chairs to sit on, only dining room chairs.

Baie jammer dat sy so voel. Safari.now se webwerf se baie duidelik dat gaste hul eie handdoeke moet bring. Sy was welkom om vir my handdoeke te vra. Wat die yskas betref het sy dit glad nie gerapporteer nie of my hulp kom vra nie soos wat vorige gaste doen indien daar enige probleem is. Het nog altyd net positiewe kommentaar ontvang waarvan my besoekers boek kan getuig.

Peacefull bliss
If I could bottle the magic of Sterboom I would be a millioner!Surprising abundant bird life at the dam close by. Cottage is quint, basic but perfect for a soul cleansing breakaway.

Sterboom overnight
The stay at sterboom was really beautiful. The cottage is quite isolated but the scenery is stunning. A beautiful dam and sheep. The cottage was equipped with everything. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Lekker plek
Het lekker gebly in Sterboom. Vriendelike ontvangs. Lekker stil en kon afsluit van die buitewereld. Netjiese huisie, skoon en het die nodige byderhand. Sal net aanbeveel dat daar n kers of 2 byderhand is as daar dalk nie son is om die son paneel te herlaai as dit dalk bevolk is nie.
