Very nice large cottage.Nicely furnished and comfortable.
It was very cold and a more efficient form of heating would have more comfortable,especially with load shedding. The heater in the bath room was a really nice idea. I would definitely use them again.

what a hidden gem
We had an awesome stay at Shonalanga. Everything was great. The bed was comfy and the cottage was neat, clean and everything we needed was right at hand. My daughter really enjoyed being able to take a walk down to the river. We stayed in cottage 5 and it is really very spacious and comfortable. I certainly recommend staying here. We used this as a base to explore the area, like cheese and chocolate factories in the surrounds.

Excellent!
The main office is at the end of the entrance road, and its location is not well posted. However, our experience was absolutely fantastic, and we had a great weekend! Looking forward to coming back soon.
