Adequate
We stayed at Shangrila-Innibos over a weekend, arriving in the dark on a Friday night. The signage for the venue runs parallel to the road, making it difficult to see if you've never been there before. The accommodation was adequate, hence the review title. We stayed in the honeymoon chalet, whose description is a little bit misleading, in the sense that the private garden that it claims to have is a hardly private and hardly a garden. The appliances and fittings, while serviceable, appear to be ancient and cheap
I think that my biggest gripe is on the value for money side. Perhaps I am ignorant, or out of line, but my feeling is that it was overpriced, and things that are often taken for granted such as housekeeping and breakfast were optional extras. All in all Shangrila-Innibos was more or less sufficient for our needs, but that's about it.
To end on a positive note all the staff were friendly, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her massage (I think that the masseuse's name is Grace?).

Comfortable Bushveld Experience
We enjoyed our stay at Shangrila Innibos. The facilities are well maintaned and the owners take pride in their establishment.
Their staff is also helpful and friendly.

Relaxed and destressed
We got to Shangrila-Innibos on 19 April 2014, we were informed by SafariNow that the check in was 12:00pm but when we arrived at our destination we were told that check in was 14:00pm.
Luckily, the owner told us that we could wait at the pool and that they would let us know once our room was ready. The staff was very friendly and our room was ready before 14:00pm.
Our room was well maintained and the atmosphere was very relaxed which was lovely.
We were literally right outside the Elephant Sanctuary and close to the flee market and close enough to a Spar if we needed anything.
My fiancé and I felt well rested and de-stressed when we left and would definitely go there again!
I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to just get away to relax, it was pleasant and welcoming.

We had an enjoyable stay at Shangrila-Innibos. The trees are lovely and give the feeling of staying in the bush, although you have all the modern luxuries. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
