we paid R800 refundable for damages, we have not broken even an fly, it was said we will receive it 7 seven days after the departure, till today, when we phone Natasha for that she ignores our calls, she does not answer our calls, we need that refundable money.

Impressed with the Sentosa no 13, well placed accommodation. Neat and spacious place, a home away from home, will highly recommend to people. Just minor things to be fixed - remote control, garage door needs electrical attention, there should be a cleaner and the rates should be included in the amount.

Positive points included it being very clean and tidy and secure, and close to shops and beach. The negative was that there were no towels supplied, no DStv, only one set of keys and gate/garage controller, and no washing machine. There was no information about how to use anything, when the maid would be attending as she arrived on the Friday and luckily we were in, otherwise I'm not sure what would have happened.
