Good day
We did not enjoy our stay at your holiday flats. Your staff could be more friendly both the cleaners and the security people. The toilet smelled horribly the cleaners must use something stronger than wat they are currently using to clean it, we didn't have a mop for the floor and were forced to step on water in the bathroom and mess up the whole flat, the cleaners promised to get us a mop everyday for 4 days.
The sheets were not changed, hai there's honestly a lot that I can say that we did not like.

It was okay though. I'd like to see few a changes next time but I enjoyed it because I had a view of a beach from where I was sleeping. They must put DSTV in the rooms

This place is useless. Our stove and kettle were not working but we are in a self catering holiday apartment. When we reported it nothing was done about it.

Worst place I ever stayed at.
The worst establishment I ever stayed at. The voyeer to the lifts were smelly, our room had no bed linen and people ran out of electricity. The tv just showed snow flakes on all the channels which was the normal SABC channels. The pool and braai area were dirty. Waste of money

My Stay T Seaboard hotel was probably the worst ever. The place is not clean, the service we received from the reception up to the floor workers was very bad and bully. No professionalism whatsoever.
We were treated like children, I will never ever go back there again.

This place is disgusting. I can give you photo's of how it really looks!!!
When we reported the issues at reception and ask about procedures for cancelling our stay, they weren't even interested to know and come see what we were not happy with or wanting to clean and more than willing to accept us leaving....
