Underwhelming
Although the rooms are clean and functional, our room was blessed with a pokey window. Service at the restaurant was slow and I went to the pool area where after sitting for an hour I got no service. My son ordered an omelet that was so bad he could not eat it. They did deduct it from the bill. On booking out, we were told that there was an outstanding amount of R56.00 despite us having pre-paid in full. We refused to pay this and suggested they contact SafariNow to establish why there was an outstanding amount. In general I can not say that I was impressed with Scitia Inn.
