The accommodations were well-furnished and clean. Sandy's Place is within walking distance from most of the places to eat and shop in Barrydale and the owners are very hospitable and courteous. The units also have nice patios with braai equipment. And there's wifi. It was too cold to swim in the salt-water pool, though I'm sure that's nice when the weather is a little sunnier. A great, self-catering place to stay in Barrydale.

Awesome little place
Only spend the night but definitely coming back for a longer stay. It's even got a nice little braai on the stoep so I'm bringing some meat with next time. The weather at night was also much better compared to CTs

Really wonderful
We stayed at Sandy's for 1 night in unit 4 and were very impressed. It is a tastefully decorated house with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower and an outside patio and braai. The staff are efficient and friendly. I will not hesitate to recommend Sandy's and will stay there anytime we are in Barrydale. They are in a quiet area but close enough to stroll to the shops. A really lovely place to stay.

Comfortable
This was a perfect overnight stop. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a decent shower. It had everything you need which is wonderful if staying for a few days. Would definitely recommend and stay would stay there again.

Our stay at Sandy's Place was the perfect home away from home. The hospitality was top notch! Cosy and comfortable, very affordable and a very relaxing atmosphere overlooking the mountain from the stoep. If you en-route the R62 and want to sleep over, I've got two words for you..Sandy's Place!

The self catering venue was perfect for our needs. We stayed overnight, and wanted privacy and ease of use. We got that at Sandy's Place. The friendly welcome and assistance of the host, the lovely view, and the friendship of the local populace made it an enjoyable stay. The venue is very clean, well kept, and comfortable. Very worth a stay. Will recommend it highly.
