Hi!
I have NOT enjoyed my stay at Rams, staff have attitude today's guest, I've booked for 2 units for 6adults and 6 children (all under the age of 8) but in the last minutes I was told that will not accommodate us and it was gonna accommodate all of us.

Good enough for Comrades start
Ram was super helpful, and that was great.
This is also quite close to the Comrades start and expo (about 1.3km).
Also very close to the beach.
But it's really not the best for a family holiday. The flat is a bit cramped, not too clean, and the neighbours (over which they obviously have no control) a bit noisy.

The one apartment was lovely, clean, well laid out and very comfortable.
However the second was not so nice and in fact we did not stay in it.
they were not that well equipped in the kitchen either.
and the biggest complaint was the parking...

Lolita was efficient in contacting us prior to our stay, never called Antonio as we were really busy with all the plans we had.
Also sorry the area outside the block was less than desirable for people with small kids, once inside, no problem. Durban needs to clean up its act with litter.

Wonderful stay
We liked the place, the rooms were very accommodating, having just to walk to the beach, Uhsaka and the shops. It was great, easy to find for meter taxis. Access has no regulation for getting in and out of the place. We indeed enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come again.
