Protea Hotel by Marriott® Pretoria Hatfield

My stay was really unpleasant. Upon my arrival at the hotel I was told that my payment did not reflect on their system and even though i had my proof of payment, it was not enough, i had to pay 1000 rands just to be checked in. As if that was not enough, when i had to check out the payment matter had still not been sorted out. They failed to fix this matter so i had to make a second payment for my booking. That was very inconvenient for me. I resolved the matter my self and i am still waiting to hear from protea hotel hatfield about when my money will be refunded.
