Best Ever!!!!!!
What a suprise!! Usually when you book from the internet the photos of the accommodation and the actual accommodation is not the same.  Photos on the net always seems better, however, in the case of Panorama Lodge the photos do not do justice to what you actually receive.  The room was great with all the necessary comfort, the location excellent, the view to die for and Tina, Dieter en their daughter like family.  We were treated like it was our own home and not like guests.  I have family staying in Knysna and Tina and Dieter even allowed me to entertain my family on their premises until 01h00 in the morning with the children swimming and the adults having a party next to the pool (and I must say this happened more than once). It was my first stay at Panorama Lodge but it will definitely not be my last.  Tina, you have a wonder family and you and your family made my and my family's stay a memorable one.  Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

Peaceful & Pleasant Stay
We were a group of 9 stayed for 5 days.
To begin with...we arrived late. Checked in @ 11:30 in the night which is quite unusual. But Dieter was so kind. He gave a warm welcome. Both Dieter and Tina were so good. They prepared breakfast as per our choice. They made us to feel as we are in home. We used to discuss our plan daily with Dieter and Tina and they share their opinion and give a overview of the places. They also provided discount coupons for quite a few places which was really helpful.

A must stay place if you wish for comfort, peace, serenity and feel at home feeling.

Simply stunning B&B with incredible hosts
We stayed at Panorama Lodge between Christmas and New Year, last year, 2011. What struck me the most was not the spectacular view from the breakfast deck, nor the pristine new swimming pool slightly lower than the deck, but the sheer likeability and helpfulness of the hosts, Dieter and Tina. Nothing was too much trouble, and personal recommendations from them were never short, enabling us to get into exquisite restaurants on short notice and make the most of our time there. From the out-and-about suggestions, to their company whilst relaxing outside on the superb wooden deck overlooking Knysna, a more charming and funny couple I have never met. Together with their daughter Melina, impeccable hosts. The bedrooms were well decorated, clean and perfect sizes, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here if you travel to Knysna, and I would certainly stay here again if I got the opportunity.

Great stay
Great stay. We stayed two nights in this splendidly located B&B. Way up in the hills around Knysna, you get to enjoy a spectacular sunset over the Lagoon from their deck. Dieter, the host, has so many tips of what can be done in the neighborhood that you can easily leave your Lonely Planet home. We felt as if visiting friends again, although this was the first time we stopped here. These hosts have a way of making you feel at home immediately! On top of that, the accommodation was lovely, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Recommend this place to anyone.
