Room neat and tidy. Inproving on the breakfast. All and all everything was 100%

The linen didn't smell fresh, the room had spider webs and spiders. they need to get bigger TVs, the breakfast serving staff need uniform and more professionalism

Accommodation bad
The bedding and curtains reeked of
cigarette smoke and it seemed dirty. The "lodge" is at the back of a
club / pub. We felt unsafe and just wanted to get out as soon as day break.
There is a bright light outside the rooms that makes it difficult to sleep as
the curtains are not black-out curtains

The facilities @ the hotel are very nice and clean . The food was of a very high standard. The place where i can see improvement made is on the staffs customer service abilities. No name tags and its as if they dont want to interact with the guest

Palm lodge was the best enjoyed our stay. Koen wow what a great good customer service u have my dear...not forgerting Mary the lady who cleans the rooms big up my dear u will go places keep up the good work.to the gentleman who was taking care of us during our meeting in the boardroom good work keep it up. Palm lodge is good with people I have mentioned you make a great team others will learn from them.

The facility offers a basic room for the night, no frills. For example, no fresh milk only cremora! Everything worked and the place was clean. Not sure about security even though the lodge is located next to the police station! The TV was bolted to the wall, the remote was handed to you when you check-in and there is a sign on the door to ask you to lock yourself in? For guest comfort, I think they should invest in fans and aircon's the heat was intolerable.
