We were in Polokwane from Zimbabwe and spent two nights at Pafuri. We had a very nice homely experience. The unit was ideal for our needs and comfortble for the duration of our stay. Jan, the owner was great. He went out of his way to take us to and from the Mall of the North which was a 10min drive away and at no charge to us, out of the goodness of his heart

Super place to stay
Had a really good stay, only problems were that the air con was not working in No 4, and possibly someone should have a look at the plates etc as we had to ask and the chap working there just took from another chalet but we will go back again.

Not so great
This was our second time at pafuri and we went back because we loved it first time, but this time around we got a different room from the one we paid for.We had paid for the unit that sleeps up to 5 but got the bigger one. Maybe it was a kind gesture but the room was not as nice and cosy as the one we wanted.the bedroom tv was not working either. the beds have probably seen their days.they were not firm and were squeaky. The linen had hairs from previous occupant or they remained after washing..Definitely not the same experience as last year..Interestingly I wouold still go there but insist on the luxury 2 bedroomed we had last time. That was nicer, comfy and very neat.

Impressed - just change the book-out time!
The rooms are ideal for anyone wanting to stay the night, weekend or even a week. Very neat and spacious.
Please kindly change the "Book-out" time on the safarinow.com website from 11 am to 10 am, as we were under the impression that we could stay until 11 am until they came and asked us at 10h10 when we plan on leaving!
