We had the honeymoon suite. It's spacious and have a great view. Great hospitality from a very friendly staff.

NOT a destination that can be recommended in honesty. The loft room is not suitable for accommodation unless you are a midget. The toilet is in a closet where it is impossible to stand upright, you cannot stand upright in front of the mirror or get out of the bath without bumping your head against the beams or ceiling. To get out of bed on the left side you either need to climb over your partner or crawl around the bed before you can stand upright. When you switch the toilet light off the room light also goes off - no wonder you have to sign an indemnity form on arrival!! No chairs to sit on or table in the room - you need to place your bags on the floor - and make coffee on the floor. Unless you are interested in communal living and want to hear every word your neighbours are saying in the other rooms this might be for you. No garden to speak of. Do not let clever marketing words or good photographs fool you. We booked and paid for two nights, but stayed only one night and looked for other accommodation the next day regardless of the money we lost as we refused to stay in such dismal conditions. There are many and much better accommodation destinations available in Knysna.
