Lovely stay
The property is lovely and we especially liked the outside patio with the comfy chairs. The cottage has everything you need and we would definitely return. The only suggestion I have would be to have someone come and cleans bins etc daily. Thank you to the staff for a great stay.

Amazing experience
We had such a great weekend at the Oak cottage! The cottage is very nicely furnished, cute deco, clean! The service was very attentive and the whole property is stunning (views etc) and nicely looked after! Will definitely go back (we fell in love with the dogs)

Relaxing and Gorgeous Cottage
Loved every minute in the cottage. The whole property is breath taking! The host was so friendly and showed us around the whole property. Beautiful cottage inside and outside. Views from the pool are stunning and loved having the owners dogs around :)

A great place
Oak Cottage is a wonderful little place - warm, welcoming, very clean and tidy, and there is every convenience you could wish for. With just a 3 minute walk into town it is also well placed. It even has a really comfortable bed and fine bed-linen as well! We will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oak Cottage. As mentioned in the previous review, the cottage is fully equipped and lacks absolutely nothing. It is obvious that a lot of thought has been put into it and attention paid to the finer details - like having a torch and an umbrella hanging behind the front door. And fresh milk on arrival! The setting is absolutely beautiful and although the photos on the website is a true and just portrayal of the cottage, the gorgeous surroundings is hard to capture in words. My husband and I have a two-year-old little boy who absolutely loved being on the farm. It was such a delight to see how he enjoyed the dogs (although not sure the feeling was mutual!) and watching the horses. Anna offered help and assistance when required and it was nice to know that she was just next door if we needed anything. The location is also extremely secure with 24 hour security – a big plus for any tourist visiting South Africa and feeling a bit nervous. Thanks you very much Rene for your hospitality and congratulations on running such a fine establishment.
