Guesthouse falling apart
Upon arrival, our confirmed booking for 3 was given to another guest, and our 3 friends had to split up in 2 rooms. Its a very quint place, but maintenance on the building is seriously lacking resulting in potentially dangerous damage to property and guests- the bathroom / shower ceiling was leaking, the bath didn't drain. More care is also needed in the rooms - for example, in our room there are instant coffee and creamer, but no sugar, tea or a kettle! Thanks to the friendly lady for a very good breakfast.

Even one star is to much
This was now the worst guest-house/ hotel I ever found in my whole life.
Somebody tries to make money from a building that actually should be torn down, nothing really works, on the first room we got, the toilet did not work, and the furniture was so old it nearly fell apart, the glass windows in the bathroom can been seen trough and the room is just dirty, there was even hairs from the previous guest on the pillows, disgusting!!!
In the second room we got we cold see trough the floor, how can people dare to offer this kind of accommodation??

Excellent value for money
We were upgraded to another room upon arrival and were able to relax completely after a flight from the UK. It was extremely comfortable and the breakfast the next morning had good variety.
