N4 Guest Lodge

The facilities are nice enough although I found the people that I interacted with never-minded.

Bad service.my First night i did not sleep at n4,i was late i try to phone them from 18h00 to tell them that I will arrive late.their phone go voice mail and they don't have land line,I arrive at 22h00 and there was no one to open the gate for me,at 24h00 i decided to look for a room and went to Orion hotel and pay for the night.The next morning i went to N4 ,when i told them what happed i was told i was supposed arrive before 20h00.The owner was no there and his number is on voice mail and they want me pay for that night,no apology.My question that if u are late what u must do if u phone and u are told the only number they have is not available even today??????
