The only words we can say is stunning and awesome.
To our hosts the Neemans, may we say thank you very much for an absolutely stunning weekend. Your hospitality was truly amazing. The bushveld lodges were extremely comfortable yet beautifully rustic and adorned. The main lapa was comfortable and cool and very well equipped. Our whole weekend was spent relaxing, reading, exploring and chilling. Would we recommend it to other people? Absolutely NOT, as other people might want to go there and experience the same awesome weekend as we did and then we will have a problem getting a booking to go there again!

It was a wonderful experience. Volker and Marita are lovely people. The cuisine was excellent. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The hunting lodge is a true African experience. I will recommend all nature lovers to go and enjoy the peace and quite only the bushveld can offer. Very child-friendly.

Well worth the journey!
We really enjoyed our stay at River Song Cottage and would recommend it to all nature lovers looking for an opportunity to observe birds and animals in unspoilt beautiful landscape. Marita spoilt us with all the delicious, well presented meals and Volker was a mine of information about the surrounding area and the wildlife. We would have liked to have stayed a bit longer but left refreshed and uplifted. If we have the opportunity, we would love to return.
