A happy stay
My daughter and I were on our second visit. We had the lovely self-catering room by the car park which was so convenient and beautifully appointed. Cathy met us and was very kind. Will certainly stay again if we need to go to Johannesburg.

Our money wasted here!!
No reception from host. We stood waiting outside locked entrance for a long time.Host was busy "boxing" a horse (as an excuse from a man who came out the house eventually, he "thought" they were empty, no guests). She didn't even make apology directly to us for her absence, she neither greeted my wife nor welcomed us. We were never signed in as guests.
This "guest house" may do better as horse/dog accommodation, it already houses the flies so no major change needed. The horse stables are in a dismal dirty state. One could perhaps change the color of the water in the pool to a darker more pleasant green.

Absolutely beautiful place, clean, neat and well decorated. Owners are friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Gardens and pool are beautiful with tons of dogs and horses roaming around. Breakfast is lovely. A great experience to have been here. Highly recommended!
