Friendly staff, safe and secure. Needs more maintenance (swimming pool was not maintained well). Good food though.

Not Impressed
Was not happy about the stay. The only person who was excellent was Agnes. Checked in the first night and daughter had to sleep on the floor because all rooms with sleeper couches was booked and I booked six months in advance. Second night she had to sleep on the floor after hubby made a noise a sleeper couch was brought in. Needed plates for dinner in our room didn't even bring it to the room. Pool needs to be done up looks terrible. Definitely not a 4 star more of a 3 star, cleaning staff delayed in cleaning room.

Couple weekend!
Its a really great location, beautiful scenery, ambience and good service.
The only thing they need to upgrade is their rooms , they are outdated for a 4 star hotel. But this is definitely a great place to get away from the city life!

Very relaxing stay
We had a great relaxing weekend - fantastic spa treatment and excellent service from Tony, Mike and Yasin at the bar. Right from the friendly greeting from Eugene, to the efficient check-out, we had absolutely no hassles. Will definitely come back again.

Perfect break away
From start to end the service was great. We were impressed by the large rooms. Dinner and breakfast was superb. We will recommend it to anyone that on a whim decides they need a break that requires the least amount of hassles to set up accommodation, dinner and breakfast with a hour long massage to truly get you relaxing!We came home as refreshed and revitalised!
