Excellent spur of the moment stay
We only decided to stay lady minute as we flew in to Nelspruit rather than our preferred destination of Hoedspruit.
We booked on Safarinow on the basis of its ratings for 2rooms as friends met us and also stayed there, I can honestly say it was a great experience for this boutique hotel, nice friendly welcome easy quick check in and the ambience of the hotel was apparent from the moment we got to it.
Couple of minor comments / recommendations as I think these are people who listen to what guests require and I travel the world extensively so I have a fair idea of what works well.
First please make sure all rooms have a shower facility my wife had a devil of a job getting in and out of such a deep bath older people not as flexible also this a generic complaint to all hotels PUT SHELVES AND HOOKS IN BATHROOMS, plugs next to mirrors? Lastly the food was excellent and considering its individually prepared and took over an hour from ordering to be told that they wouldn't provide chips with a steak what's that about the chef now decides who eats what need to change that attitude, you are not the food police you are there to serve your clients what they want not what you want

Fantastic!
One of the very few places that is even better in real life than it looks on the internet. Absolutely fantastic service - we felt like royalty.
