Lovely relaxing stay!
We had a very pleasant overnight stay in Betty's Bay at La Cachette. The room was comfortable (with extra blankets for the chilly evening) and Liz cooked up a delicious breakfast for us the following morning. Would recommend La Cachette to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Betty's Bay!

Lovely stay
We really enjoyed our stay at La Cachette - the first week of Jan 2016
The hosts are friendly and Liz cooks up a mean breakfast.
Our room (no 3) was large and spacious with a tv | microwave & small bar fridge - very handy.
You park right outside your sliding door - easy to come and go without bothering anyone.
I would definitely stay again - very good value for money

Excellent
The location is excellent as you have a view of the ocean from your bedroom. It is located close to the penguin colony but not too close. The room is great as it has a mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, some cutlery and crockery, a microwave, radio and TV (only SABC and E-tv) - a degree of self-catering is thus possible. The hosts are friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.

A fantastic getaway

Very homely and comfortable
We only spent one night at La Cachette but were made to feel so at home. Our room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and more. Stunning views and so great to wake up to the sound of the waves crashing. Can definitely recommend. Great variety offered when it comes to breakfast. My only disappointment were the scrambled eggs which were swimming in oil. Otherwise it is really very comfortable in a homely, old fashioned kind of way.
