The yard is very dirty, there was no receptionist on arrival at 13h10 except for housekeeping who did not know where to start with the check-in procedure.We booked three double-rooms and there were cockroaches,no toilet rolls and only one towel in each room.We had breakfast and was only told on departure that they charge it separately which is what was not communicated to us on arrival. Worse part is that we were overcharged for the food by the receptionist who was not friendly at all, let alone introduce herself. She was not professional.

Strange but adequate
This place looked very nice on the internet but in reality it was not that great. The room we stayed in had a saloon style swing door (with gaping holes) to the en-suite bathroom, we were only provided with one towel set intially despite booking the room for 2 people. The tea and coffee making facilities were not situated in the room but in the dining room and the fridges in the kitchen were dirty and smelt bad. However the beds were comfortable and it was nice to watch a bit of the Olympics. If you need a cheap stopover en route to Kruger then this place is fine, but don't expect too much.
