Blue House gives the blues
The Blue House was not up to standard. The owners would do well is they upgrade the linen, pillows and cushions of the tiny lounge suite.
Although the house is quite authentic it does jot come to its right as the appliances and furniture are mostly of average and lower quality.
Some light bulbs were not working, whilst the owner bragged about a spa bath that we could not get to work.
One can do much better with the money paid.

KRANSKLOOF - YELLOW HOUSE
The owner, A Charming lady. The view was stunning, Clean grounds, clean swimming pool.
Lovely.
The cottage certainly needs repair and painting.
The bed linen was really sub standard and grey - Maybe percale sheets etc would enhance as many other cottages have.
If linen were upgraded I would go again but as is certainly not.

Peaceful & Stunning Location
This was our 3rd stay at Kranskloof and the place never disappoints. The gardens are beautiful and always well maintained. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Spend the late afternoon relaxing in the pool to enjoy the last few hours of sun.
If I had one criticism it would be the condition of the cottages inside. I fully understand that these cottages are old but a little renovation wouldn't be too much to ask.
