Bad experience
Did not enjoy my stay, upon booking in I was charged more than the price that I was quoted by SafariNow. The receptionist reason for overcharging us was that SafariNow charges them a fee for the booking hence the amount that I paid. I feel that I was taken advantage off because it was after midnight that I arrived at khosi lodge. In the room where I stayed, the toilet was broken, no toilet paper, the toilet window does not closing, there is a pipe that is broken from the aircon and water leaks right in front of the door causing mosquitoes, the cupboards had no hangers and were unfinished. Very, very unhappy!!!!

Clean and comfortable
There was a bit of a mixup over the number of rooms required, but this was easily sort out. The young lady on the desk - Tasmeen, went out of her way to be helpful
