Very poor accommodation Karkloof Rocky Lodge
This accommodation was very poor indeed. Lots of flies, most of the taps leaked, broken tile on the bathroom floor, broken window, the owners partied until late in the night on one of the nights, loud music etc, (the main house was very close to the cottage), children rode around on loud four wheelers...I would not recommend this accommodation at all. Anywhere else...

The house itself is more than adequate and very spacious.
It is not very isolated and you need to be a dog person to visit.

Die verblyf was baie aangenaam en met die braaivuur elke aand was dit prima.
Die omgewing en die watervalle in die omgewing was pragtig. Baie bly daar was nie 'n TV nie sodat ons die rustigheid en die natuur kon geniet.

1. Needs better signage - there was none.
2. Needs a waterproof covering on the patio - rained most nights and had to braai under umbrellas etc.
Otherwise the unit was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the supply of firewood to keep warm indoors.
