I could have paid the same to stay at a hotel. But the value add at Kareekloof makes all the difference: personalized friendly service; intimate knowledge of the bush; open-door policy of the hosts; opportunities to buy venison, skins. An experience my wife and I will repeat.

Disapointed
Sadly I was very disappointed with Kareekloof whilst the owners were very pleasant what I booked and what I got was completely different.
The place was empty no other guests but we were put far away from the pool at no time was any mention made of the distance we had to travel on dirt roads, and no mosi muti supplied.
It was far more backpackers lodge then game lodge.
