Really a nice getaway
If you are looking for an overnight stay, this place is very clean and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and we had a pleasant stay. It was nice not having a TV as we spent much needed quality family time together.

Ixopix weekend stay
Not the best place I have stayed in. Load shedding, one candle, had to ask for matches. Water pressure shower poor. Only powder milk for coffee. No one made bed or washed the cups. Manure smell in the air. Would not recommend, rather pay more and get more. Was nice seeing the air balloons take off early morning.

We have found that there were little stones in the tap blocking the flow of the water and have fixed this.
We will also be obtaining additional lighting for load shedding times, rare as they are out here. We have purchased additional matches - not aware they were finished and will check in future.
Unfortunately we cannot control the smells in the air as much as we would like to.
Regarding the cups being dirty, I am afraid we do not offer serviced accommodation as it is not financially viable for us to do so.

Quiet moment
The place is secluded and very quiet. Though it was cold in the evenings, the environment was good for getting away from the city life.

Stay at Ixopix Earth and sky cottage
We have never being disappointed like that when we get to the place, what is advertised on internet is not true and disappointing. There is nothing interesting about the place. That place is good for Rehabilitation there is no TV and Aircon. It was a boring place ever we have ever come across with since we travelled.
