Comfortable clean rooms.Host was superb ensuring than we were comfortable. Breakfast was more than expected-delicious with variations each morning.A sure stop when in Bethlehem.A really unexpected additional service was the car wash. Really enjoyed our stay.

Gooseberry Lodge Guest House transferred our overnight booking to Forget-Me-Not Guest House in Bethlehem, and we were very well-looked after there by the friendly and hospitable owner. We had safe off-road parking, and our accommodation was very comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and were provided with another appetizing breakfast, so felt ready for our next part of journeying down to Cape Town.
We can recommend this convenient and easy to find guest house.

Die personeel het ons welkom laat voel. Netjiese kamers en heerlike ontbyt. Ek sal dit definetief aanbeveel.

Ons was hartlik verwelkom, en op die koue aand soos dit was het n heerlike glasie sjerrie op die tafel vir ons in die kamer gewag. Deon en sy span het moeite gedoen om aan al ons behoeftes te voldoen en het selfs die kamer rondgeskuif sodat ons alles kon inkry. Die kamer was lekker warm en die groot bad in die badkamer n heerlike bederf. Die ontbyt was heerlik. Die onderdak parkering is n bonus. Ek sal Gooseberry aan enigiemand aanbeveel.

Gooseberry Lodge is the best
Ek het baie lekker gebly en was baie beindruk met die eenheid. Dit was baie netjies en gerieflik en Deon was baie gasvry en vriendelik. Ek sal weer daar gaan bly as ek in die omgewing is ek sal nie twee keer dink aan 'n ander plek nie.
We had a very nice stay and were impressed with the unit. It was neat and comfortable and Deon was very hospitable and friendly. I will stay here again before considering any other place.
