A lovely stay
I wish to take this opportunity of recommending Gleneagles Manor House to any guest who hopes to have first class accommodation at a very reasonable rate and one who wishes to move from home to home. THANK YOU TO JOHAN and INA FOR THEIR GENEROUS HOSPITALITY. We had a lovely stay.

Neat and clean
The host was very friendly and accommodating. After the snow in the area classified Mooi River a disaster area, there was no water and electricity, but the host tried to make as best plan he could by placing water in the room, candles and extra blankets. Luckily the water and electricity did return on our one night stay. We were just passing through for a wedding, and it was sufficient for a one night stay. I wouldn't necessarily stay for longer.

Awful experience
Not sure where to start actually. After travelling for nearly 8 hours we arrived at Gleneagles at 17h30 in the afternoon. There was a man standing in the entrance way. He did not introduce himself, he just said there had been no electricity and water for three days and we couldn't stay there. I asked him why he didn't let us know, and he said how could he when our numbers were in his computer and he had no electricity. I suggested that he could have called SafariNow. I was in complete shock to be treated like this and I urge you to remove him from the SafariNow website. I did not even go inside the guest house but it is in a really rundown area right in the middle of Mooi River. So all in all, a very bad experience, having to leave and find other accommodation with our to small children.
