Friendly and welcoming
We stayed at Glen Afton for just one night while travelling through. The farm as beautiful. Julia was a wonderful hostess. We had a wonderful tour around the farm. Our young girls loved the experience of seeing baby chicks, cows and horses. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend Glen Afton Country House

Lovely stayover
what a great place to stay over and use to explore the beautiful natal midlands. Our hosts Julia and Alan made us feel so at home. Lots of things for the kids to experience made us want to stay more than just one night. Next time...

Easter holiday trip
Even though this was a one night stay, the excellent hospitality and friendliness of the owner couple was obvious. Our room was friendly and comfortable, it was good to sleep in such a quiet environment. Service and recommended sightseeing places & restaurant were also excellent. Thank you Julia & Allen.

Lovely and friendly
Enjoyed our stay on this peaceful farm. We went to enjoy the mountains but this is also a great place to stay if you are attending a wedding.

Wonderful country break
Spent a weekend at Glen Afton. I'd thoroughly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. We were made to feel most welcome, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the views very scenic.
