Wonderful, friendly and welcoming!
Great stay. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel so at home. My girls loved seeing the horses and the sheep the next morning. The braai pack, bread and salads were delicious. Will definitely stay and Gamamadi again ;-)

After a stay at a so called nice accommodation outside Robertson where there was no hot water, no extra blankets for the very low temperature and very very basic fittings we were so pleasantly surprised at Gamamamadi. First Anne called us a day early to confirm any dining arrangements and when we did arrive late afternoon after passing snow capped mountains it was great to be welcomed and find that the heaters and electric blankets were already switched on. Rooms were large and so comfortable. Milk, cereal etc all included. Greeted by their two lovely horses snuggling their noses up to us. What a difference. Thanks for a great stay and this will be our stop over in future.

Overnight stay
We were very happy during our short stay. The room was very comfortable and the dinner was excellent with the pie being delicious. The swimming pool was a bonus in the heat and we would recommend this farm.

Oasis in the Karoo
We had a wonderful night's stop-over in early January 2014. One of the special highlights was the 'farm-pool', which was a delight after a long, hot and dusty drive.
Clean, comfortable and lush farmhouse feel, combined with the beautiful Karoo landscape make this a wonderful stop-over. I would happily return.

We enjoyed our stay on the farm and Annelise was an excellent hostess. Wonderful dinner was served and we enjoyed the swim after the long hot travel from Pretoria! Will definitely stay over again!

Old farm feeling
My daughter and I stay at GaMamadi on Wednesday and I was pleasantly surprised. Old farm feeling with a modern twist. Comfortable beds with crisp white linen and clean chalet. Lovely salads were provided with our braai. I will certainly go there again.
