Awesome
It was absolutely wonderful, peaceful and relaxing. Since there is no power and the USB charger was to weak to charge the smart phones it was fabulous to not hear a phone for a whole weekend! We really enjoyed our stay and since we are a loud bunch sometimes (with the kids) this was the perfect place for we couldn't bother our neighbors!

Wonderful experience
We checked in on the 30 Dec 2012 to 02 Jan 2013. What a peaceful start to new year. Lovely place, what a relaxed environment with no cell phone interuptions, no electricity (replaced by gas) meaning that there was no TV or Loud Music,listening to nature was the way to go and we will certainly come back in winter to explore the fire place.

Lovely quiet weekend
We had a lovely, relaxed evening in this cabin among the trees and overlooking the river. This place is a peaceful, quiet getaway. There's a large deck with a Weber braai, with more than enough space for all 8 of us to sit, talk and braai. We had no problems at all with the solar powered lighting, as some users have mentioned.
