This is most probably the best holiday spot in the Strand. Situated within the Greenways Golf Estate it is very secure and right on the beach.
Only 2 problems -
No cleaning service and the DTSV service was disconnected 2 days before our departure.
Otherwise - excellent.

Easter 2013
The unit is quite comfortable with nice living room furniture, large queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. The view is beautiful with the unit just a few yards from the beach. The complex is a peaceful place with little noise or activity and centrally located relative to the vineyards and Cape Town proper. Overall, I'd give the place 4 out of 5 stars.

Firstly, our apologies for any inconvenience you might have experienced. The cleaning company admitted their error and ensured us this would never happen again. As far as the cold weather is concerned, winter on the coast can be very cold. There are winter and summer duvets in the apartment, it's a pity that you have not used them. Regarding the power, the prepaid electricity number is on the electricity meter. We do regret that you had this experience and wish you well in future travels.
