Aircon
We loved Elegant lodge but were very disappointed in the aircon. It took 2.5 hours to cool the room down and even then it was not cool enough. The aircon was set at its maximum including the fan speed. The Temperature in Pongola was running at 36 degrees at 6 in the evening. We would recommend that the staff put the aircons on before the guests arrive so that the rooms are cool upon arriving.Otherwise a great place to stay will recommend to others.
