I went there with family over xmas,had a wonderful time,Essop phoned me twice to check on us whilst still on the way and even came with his wife to check if we are enjoying our stay, They were very friendly and the rooms were clean,only if they can increase toilet papers and rubbish bin plastics especially for a 6 sleep other than that I would definately visit again

Place was well prepared , walking distance to the beach, you could even feel the breeze from the sea.
Host was very welcoming, caring and easy to communicate with.Host was also open to suggessions and implemented them with out a hustle.
Host and hostess's hospitality were up to par.
We enjoyed our stay at Durban Seashore.

Neat and tidy place
My sister, the kids and I had an enjoyable stay. Essop is a very kind and thoughtful person who saw that our stay was as comfortable as possible and he was just a phone call away. The proximity to the South Beach, shops, Ushaka Marine proved to be a great plus.
Definitely recommended.

Good day
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Durban Seashore. We don't regret the days we spent there. We could see people swimming at the sea while we were in our flat, that was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was very clean on arrival. Lacked nothing at all. Quiet as well. As promised; close to all attractions. Four nights well spent and worth the money. Would definitely recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay at Durban Seashore, it is neat and clean. Owner did not specify that the place is recognized as another building. He did not call to check if our stay was okay, whether we needed anything. We struggled to get our deposit back as the owner said he is not around and it is public holiday.

We had a great time at the Durban Seashore. The place was very clean and neat. The hosting was second to non. In would stay at the Durban Seashore again. I would definitely recommend friends.

Terrible... as bad as it gets
Not two bedroom. I booked two bedroom but it is cheating. Absolutely one bedroom. I need refund some amounts. Very bad. OWNERS services were poor. We waited 1.5 hours for check in and 45 minutes for check out. Owner says always some stories even not answering. Not coming. Unbelievable, very poor apartment. Even dangerous. Noisy. No parking space. Street parking is only available.
Extremely expensive... Look for another place!!!
