The rooms are very below 3* standard
(I design 4/5 star hotels with huge budget constraints and the room always are well finished off). The restaurant makes up for the rooms. Food is stunning and staff friendly The public walkways especially flooring is old scrappy and dirty.

All in all a pleasant experience
Lovely rooms and outside patio area with a stunning view. Even though our dinner at the Mondrian restaurant was delicious, the service was terrible. It took us 45 min to get a drink, only two of the 10 craft beers on display where in stock and the dessert was pre-prepared and had already gone hard. All in all a pleasant experience but the service at the restaurant did not reflect the prices charged for our meal and drinks.

Very good lovely room with balcony over looking the dam.2 Queen size beds air con and T v .we had dinner there as well also very good. Breakfast was not included in the price.It was just what we need after our terrible night at Utopia guest house.
