Crystal Sands unwelcome welcome
They made our guest park in the street without any consideration of their safety before check in.

Good day,
All guests need to be assigned parking areas before driving into the property so as to not park on another guest’s assigned parking spot.
This complaint is massively exaggerated.
The guest also complained that we gave her a twin room instead of a double even though this was confirmed with SafariNow.
She also stole the toilet paper out of her room.
