Lovely spacious unit. The only thing was the bathroom was rather small and needed a good clean.

A taste of rural Africa
Warm welcome from Elize who was so friendly and helpful. Your accommodation is situated in a bird park which is a beautiful collection of colourful foreign birds and as a guest you can walk around and enjoy when all the visitors are gone. The room/house/chalets are like stepping back in time and have a lot of the original bits and bobs plus the modern amenities of TV movie package, air con and well appointed bathrooms. Lovely tranquil swimming pool area. The area of Monzi itself was a real feel of Africa rural life and sugar cane. Recommend a visit to the golf club section and to visit the tea room and craft shop. Also easy access to both the stunning iSimangaliso Wetland Parks both East and West shores, the butterfly dome for true local arts and crafts and of course butterflies and Mtubatuba for shopping.

Elise is an excellent host and does all she can to make your stay most enjoyable. The boat trip in the estuary is a must and great value.
