Awesome weekend
Spent the weekend at Brentwood Lodge and enjoyed the place a great deal. Accomodation clean and very comfortable as is the lounge and pub area.
Totally relaxed atmosphere with Woody and Sandy and the log fire blazing. Will be back soon for some more fun and laughs. Absolutely amazing place good for my soul.

Lovely!
we had a really nice, relaxing stay at Brentwood lodge! The facilities are ample for a weekend stay and the unit we stayed in, Klippies, was spacious enough for all 6 of us not to feel like we were on top of each other. There are two bathrooms which was nice and a nice outside seating area. Two small things which could be improved on, another small couch in the lounge for more comfortable seating and extra fans for the bedrooms (or perhaps install a few exterior Windows on the front room) otherwise it was absolutely lovely, Woody and Sandy are so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, we will definitely recommend you and make our way back in the future.

Went there just for a breakaway this weekend and found both Sandy and Woody excellent hosts! lovely history on the buildings, clean rooms and excellent pub! Thanks guys will see you again soon!

Was not really impressed with the place, Mosquito galore and we were not warned, almost went and slept in the car. Establishment's Response When the client checked out, she mentioned the mosquitos had been a problem. Regrettably living near a vast area of water (the Vaal Dam), mosquitoes can be more prolific. We have mosquito repellent on hand and the clients can contact us 24 hours a day. All our details are in the information pamphlets in the rooms. We are unable to leave any form of toxic materials for clients to use without us clearing the possible negative side effects. We are extremely disappointed that this spoilt the clients’ weekend away, as we were under the impression she had enjoyed the rest of her stay.
