Thank you for the warm reception. The rooms are spacious and the air-con made so much difference as the area is extremely hot. A pool will be much appreciated!

Very good
Bothabelo was clean and tidy the staff were friendly and polite we arrived late at night around 2200 hours and it did not bothy them in fact they made us very welcome from the time they open the gate until the next morning when we left for the Kruger park. bothabelo is ideally situated for close access to phalaborwa gate, less than 5 min drive. bothabelo was also good value for money. I would recommend bothabelo to anyone as a good b&b to stay at.
All in all we were very happy we stayed at Botshabelo

Bad Experience
Did not enjoy our stay.
No sink tap. Aircon did not work properly. Batteries flat in remote for T V , used my own. Globe missing from one bedside lamp. Shower, cold water just sprays out and then nothing , something wrong with water pressure. Tiled floor in bedroom needs good scrub. Breakfast 50/50.

Good
It was nice and they go an extra mile to make sure the guests are happy, the staff are very friendly and nice.
The owner even takes time to ask guests if they are happy and also to initiate conversations which makes one feel at home.

Thanks Bothabelo
My family and I enjoyed our stay at your BnB especially because of your hospitality, information about the area(Phalaborwa), your warmth and the professional service we recieved. I reccomend your facility to tourists who want to have a home away from home experience. Keep it up, may God help you to succeed.
