Not what we expected
The lodge was not what we expected. The spa bath did not work (which we told about when we were shown the room by a staff member); there were limited DSTV channels (I'm not sure where they mentioned this on safarinow) which is strange for such an upmarket place. The lodge manager (not sure her name) was very nice and made sure our breakfasts were satisfactory but I really do find that this place does not live up to what it portrays on the site. There are no spa treatments that I could see in any of their lodge documentation either so I'm not sure if they even offer this anymore. Definitely not good value for money.
