I had a wonderful stay at the hotel although it was short. The service was excellent, friendly staff and efficient from the porters, receptionist and cleaning ladies. Keep doing the good work

Thank you to all the staff at Blue Waters who made our stay so enjoyable. From the reception to the dinningroom. The renovations are wonderful. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Bad service
The service was just terrible.the parkings were too small it ws impossible to get out of the car,when booking they dont mentiin they are under costruction with a huge scaffolding at the entrance.When got to our rooms there was no tv remote,tea making facilities,phone didnt have a cord,had to wait a day for that.i was just not happy and i paid in full in March but when i got there they had no proof of my payment and i had to send it to them again.

Couples retreat
Overall, a good stay. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. The views from the rooms are amazing. Hoping that the construction will be over soon so that we can return to a fully renovated hotel.
